Expensive. It's like tinware. Handle is too hot. The milk is smoking when it boils. Boiling water catches stains. Overall not quality in line with price. We bought from Amazon UK store, return shipping cost is more expensive than the item cost. Don't buy from Amazon Global delivery option until you don't have any plan to return. Read more
