As a first-time mom, I'm SO glad we bought this changing pad. For a product with so many useful features, it's also surprisingly user-friendly and easy to set up and navigate. I'm most excited about the medical scale, specially during the newborn days, when keeping track of their weight is extra important. I think it's worth buying for this feature alone, but I'm also really excited to use the warming function, the light, and the sound/music. I can see it becoming an integral part of our nighttime routine as we teach our brand new baby about bedtime. It also looks good on my dresser, and everything on it is wipeable and smooth, even the strap! Imagine having a fabric strap and then having to clean any accidents off of it. I bought this scale to weigh my breastfed baby so I could monitor her weight and to get an idea of how much she’s getting after feedings like they do at lactation meetings. When you’re breastfeeding you don’t exactly get to measure the volume your little one. As a new and anxious mom lol I needed some reassurance in between doctors appointments. It’s also just cool to see how much your baby is growing. It’s very accurate and easy to use. The fit is secure without being too hard, the material is soft enough that she still comfortable without a blanket in it. Setup was simple and the app is user-friendly (coming from someone who suck at apps, so trust me). I’ve done a search and I found lot of options but none that has all the features in the same one. Honestly I was searching only for the weight but I’m not complaining at all about the diaper change and feeding recording, it’s so easier to keep track of it. The warmer is a life changing, you can choose the temperature, perfect for winter or cold weather. As I said it’s complete, have features that I didn’t know I needed until I have it.
