As someone who is losing weight, I love that I can take the belt apart, trim it, and put it back together. This is the second color I have, the other belt lasted through man, many trims—100 pounds worth of trimming! And the belt still looks great! I love that it’s real leather, it’s nice and thick—it does its job well! The price is great. If I wasn’t able to trim the belt as I changed sizes, I probably would have needed at least six belts. It’s super easy to trim the belt and it looks much, much better than poking additional holes. Read more
Definitely feels like one solid piece of leather: thick, wide, heavy duty and strong. (main belt, buckle and connector are attached via screw). Finish looks clean and well crafted, though the black edge detail may bear the brunt of any "wear and tear" if used in a manual labor/heavy duty type job. The screw that holds the buckle strap in place seems to do a good job of staying put, though it would be nice if there were two (for stability and distributing tension), and it had some loc-tite on it. That said, it doesn't feel as though it will slip or unscrew during use, and the single rivet look is aesthetically pleasing. I used the included hole punch to move the buckle side hole sliglty closer to the end, so the buckle-side loop would be next to, instead of on top of, the end of the belt. Don't expect to use the hole punch too many times, but I was able to make 3 holes in total before it jammed/deformed (prob could have cleared the plug to get more uses). All in all, great deal on a very nice solid leather belt, that will go well with nearly anything from casual to formal. I usually wear 31-32 waist pants, the 33-34" adjustable waist was perfect. Lots of adjustablility in hole placement, there was room to go up or down several slots. Read more

Well made of heavy-duty leather. Comes with a leather punch for making extra holes which is a totally useless tool. It would be a really nice touch, but they should either send a good one or not bother. Read more
Beautiful belt. Exactly as described. But I bought one that's too large. I gauged his waist as a little bigger than it really is. He was not happy. Read more
The company is sending me a replacement belt. They are making it right. The buckle has broken afte not much use. I have another belt different color. Hope that one doesn't break also. The leather is very nice Read more

First let me say this belt and the leather is exceptional. It as nice as the leather on my $75 Tecovas leather belts, but there is an issue that I can’t overlook. I have worn this belt only twice and when I went to put it on this morning I noticed the edge of the belt has been scraped raw. I could not understand how this possibly could have happened. I started to examine the buckle and noticed deep in the corner of the lower front of the belt buckle there is a small sharp point that has not been smoothed and this is rubbing against the edge of the belt each time I put it on and it has scraped the edge and is tearing away the edge and the finish on the part of the belt moving through that corner of the buckle as I put it on. Very disappointing especially since I bough this belt to wear with the suits that I wear daily to the office. I remembered the pamphlet that came with the belt talking about if you have any problems how the manufacture is there to help, damaged product, satisfaction etc to contact them. I went to contact them tonight and NOWHERE on any of the literature in the package or even the box itself is there as much as even an email for them. No contact information AT ALL! It makes me angry they charge a premium price for this belt and the leather is worth it, however what use is a fine leather belt with a poor quality buckle attached that ruins the belt? And why does a company tell you how they stand behind their product and to contact them if there is a problem but then fails to provide any method to do so? I could make a comment about this just being another example of poor quality goods made in China that don’t last and are simply disposable waste of money to fill the landfills and then sell you another, but I won’t. We all already know that’s the reality. What I will say is don’t buy this belt, and if you do be sure you check your buckle for rough spots before wearing. On the other hand just spend the extra $35 dollars and buy a belt from Tecovas. A fine quality belt sold by an American company with excellent customer service and they actually want to hear from you and make it clear how to reach them. Read more

I'm not a leather expert, but I'm pretty sure this is absolutely not real leather. Total lie in the title. The belt is fine, and it's cheap, but it's not leather. It has no tags that describe materials or care. Just some Chinese ripoff thing, common on Amazon. I have ordered other such belts from Amazon, eventually they will crack and degrade. Cheap doesn't last forever. It's some kind of "pleather" or something. Lesson learned. Read more
