Finally found pants that meet our company requirements, fit my larger size and don’t break the bank. Love the stretch side and the soft knit. If it stretches too far you can see your undies. Wish they would fix that. An easy fix would be to sew a small piece of matching fabric in the pocket. I would suggest trying one pair first. There are very nice quality black twill, as chino cotton pants especially in dark colors can be very appropriate for office wear and "sort of dressy" occasions like having company/visiting, parties, a day out shopping with friends (we always find ourselves dressing up nicely to hit the stores). I'm retired and hardly need anything "dressy" except of course for my social outings and errands, but my old black twill slacks of a store brand had faded a little and these really are not only even nicer but have more of a style to them, with never-go-out-of fashion classic straight legs and inner buttons along with zipper instead of just pull-on waist. These were very much worth the sensible price and certainly will last in cold-water wash and occasional wear for years as I have stayed and intend to stay the same weight. It's been awhile since I got a really splendid pair of pants from Woman Within (I wasn't too keen on last summer's twill shorts which ripped at the first laundering) but these really are sturdy and look terrific. The material is comfortable and looks great! But, if you use the size chart given on the site, the pants will fit big. If you are a plus size pear shape (like me) the waist will be too big compared to the hips and thighs. You may need to alter the waist just a bit. Read more
After having and wearing these a few times. althought the fabric is really comfortable and they are nicely made, wouldn't buy again. The waistband is extremely bulky and not what I would call adjustable. Just bothersome to me. I wanted to like them but they've ended up in the back rack. Read more

I hate them. Terrible pants for me. If I could return them, I would. Had trouble receiving them. Finally got them after a refund had been issued. Still paid for them though.
