The fabric is thin and crunchy feeling. The fit is a weird. Too tight across the upper thigh and too loose at the hips. I'm 5'2" and ordered the shorter length version but they were still too long by at least 2", requiring hemming. I only wore them a couple of times, and find myself avoiding choosing these pants each day. They're about to be purged from the closet. Amazon says "customers usually keep this product". It's because they came with a big notice that they could only be returned in the original packaging with all the tags still on and there would be a big restocking fee. These are ok if you need a light weight dress pant for a warm climate. Needed more Alia pants but they discontinued them. Sigh. These have a thicker elastic waist and a cheaper hem with large stitches showing that look cheap but who is bending over to look at the hems? Plus, as another person noted, they are a bit long. I ordered one 16 petite and one regular and I may hem both of them. That will solve the cheap looking hem problem. The thicker elastic waste band may be hotter and show under smoother tops. I’m not sure yet but will after I wear them this summer. Don’t regret buying but will try another brand ad I continue to search for an Alia replacement. The size was good, but I was disappointed there is no give in the fabric and needed to iron them as they are not like other polyester this is more wrinkle free. Good elastic at the waste, but the sewing at the hem was sloppy, I would not buy again. Read more
