For Reference I am 36C ** 168lbs ** 5’4” Large I received these slacks in my normal size and they do not fit on the waist. There is a 2.3” Thick restrictive elastic waist band on the back of the pants which does not provide much flexibility or stretch. Going up in size or 2 would only make the slacks look extremely oversized do to the exaggerated wide leg which which runs about 11-12” fully down to the wide hem. They are definitely not a 33” waist, more like a 28”. The fabric is comprised of 98% Polyester and 2% Elastane which is not evident from the lack of stretch both on the waistband and the material itself. The coffee collar is more like a tan And there is no sheen to the fabric it is a matte finish which in the color I selected is not Sheer or see through . I found the legs to be overly wide and with a shorter inseam they look funny, which Makes these slacks better worn long length past the ankle. These wide-leg pants are super flattering and so comfortable! The high waist gives a nice shape, and the flowy fabric makes them perfect for both casual and dressy looks. These pants are just a little snug, but they are overall very comfortable and soft! The fabric is a little thin, so if you have any textured areas, I would stick with the darker colors. Watch the video before you buy! The one pocket detail is a little odd and I didn't really pay attention to that before getting this item. Read more
I typically wear a size 27 jeans, and ordered a small according to the size chart, but the pants were way too tight in the waist and made my midsection bulge out. Not flattering at all. The pants themselves are soft to the touch, but I can't wear them. Read more
These make me look (and feel) fat! They are flowy (good drape even though it's a thicker polyester). The inseam is as advertised (I'm 5'7" 135 lbs, with a 31" inseam and they are perfect as you can see in the back photo). The construction is decent (but it's still fast fashion, don't expect to have these tailored at all). They did wash up well. I hung them to dry as the instructions said. I still had to press them to get the shipping creases out of them. I usually wear a small, so even though my 28" waist was on the upper end of the small and the low end of medium, I ordered a small. I should have went with a medium. They are uncomfortably tight in the waist. The weird gathers in the front make me look like I'm 6 months pregnant. The pocket in the back isn't even real. I would say that unless you are teeny, tiny with a very flat tummy, these pants probably aren't going to do you any favors, and if you're taller than 5'7" or a 31" inseam, just forget about it. I really wanted to love these pants. I ordered the tall size, but they were still way too short on me. I’m disappointed because the fabric is actually really nice, and the overall look is great—they’re stylish and flattering. If you’re not super tall, they might work better. These are nice pants. The sews pleats are a nice touch, they look nice, always. The only thing is that the pleat with the sewn seam coming out kind of poufs out. I'm not sure im loving where his hits on my body, it feels like it makes my midsection (which is flat) look ballooned out. So, I love the pants, the length is nice for a tall girl, and I love the sewn pleats, it just looks so clean. They give a zoot suit vibe if you want. Read more
