I am 5’4” and weigh 160 pounds. I have a 37” waist and ordered these in the 3xl. The sizing has the 3xl at a 31-32.5” waist. As far as the waist goes these fit fine and they fit around my hips well. What I don’t like is how high waisted these are. These go up to right below my bust line and the cuffs are still hitting the floor. I have to fold down the waist band in order for them to fit at my waist. The drawstring is functional on these however they do not have pockets. The fabric is soft and drapes well. I ordered these in the yellow with black hearts but the yellow is more like the color on my screen, which is more of a tan color. If you have long legs or are long waisted these may fit you better.
