This is a super cute swim cover up. It senses up on the sides which means you can wear it long or shorter. I knew when I ordered it, that I'd be able to wear this as a dress if I wanted to because I'm only 5 ft tall. I put a chain belt around it and it fit fine as a dress. It is a little tight in the chest because I am heavy chested, but I also had a tank top under the cover up so it wasn't fitting as loosely as normal. The fabric is very lightweight and I think it would be a fantastic piece to use as a cover-up, but if you're short you have the option of wearing this as a dress. If you decide to wear it as a dress, I would stick with black unless you plan on wearing a slip underneath it. The lighter colors are going to be see-through. I love everything about this cover-up....almost The material is so nice for a hot and humid day. It's stylish, the color is vibrant, and it's very versatile for arm and leg lengths. I do wish they offered the same versatility for the length of the V-neck. I personally would like my chest covered more than any other part of my body. But that is not why I deducted a star. It is obviously depicted accurately in this respect. I deducted one star for the price. Although it is a very nicely designed product, I feel it is overpriced by 20-30%. I really like this coverup! The color is beautifully neutral (it will go great with any of my colorful swimsuits) and the fabric is very comfortable. One of my favorite things about it is that it doesn’t need ironing — the material has a natural look and feel where a little wrinkling actually works well, which is perfect for travel. I’m also glad I sized up. I’m 5’9” and would normally wear a Large, but I ordered an XL and it’s about as short as I’m comfortable with. Any shorter and I wouldn’t have liked it. That said, it doesn’t feel overly large at all, so I’d recommend sizing up for comfort, especially if you’re taller. I also love the buttoned sleeves — you can button them up or leave them loose, which is a nice, versatile detail. I’m really looking forward to wearing this on a summer vacation abroad! Read more
This is a nice coverup to have on hand when you want to look cute. It has a looser fit and seems pretty versatile to me. The fabric is light weight so I think it'll work nicely for hot summer days. It was easy to slip on and off. I am 5'6" and weigh 125lbs and the size small was a good fit for me. Not a great value for the money. Currently selling for nearly $30 which is far too expensive for an otherwise relatively cheap material. If you find it for between $15 and $20, go for it, but I would not buy at this price. Read more
This is a very well made swimsuit cover up. The material is comfortable and has a soft silky feeling. It is breathable and feels light and airy. It is a great quality, with the stitching seamless. I love how you can control the length by ruching up the sides! So it could be worn as a shirt or a dress. It is very stylish and will elevate your look when pairing with a swimsuit. This cover up is a medium thickness with a little weight to it. The fabric has a satin sheen which adds to its over all appeal. The collar leads to a lovely V neck. The sleeves can be made shorter by buttoning them or worn longer for added sun protection. The side rouching adds a touch of class. This would be a good cover up to have in several colors. Read more
This is a nice cover up. The material is thicker/better quality than I thought it would be, which is nice. The color is a nice bright white, as well. This is nice for vacation. It is pretty loose fitting as well and I ordered my regular size. That side, the scrunch on the sides aren’t great. They are just okay.
