The Leggings: These were a bit of a mixed bag. They are comfortable, but they do run a bit large. I found that they weren't as tight or compressive as I usually prefer for high-intensity workouts. If you are between sizes, you might want to consider sizing down. It’s worth noting that these leggings do not have pockets. Final Verdict: It’s a stylish and comfortable set. The pics are deceiving - there are TWO white stripes on each side (surrounding the pocket.) Some of the pics on the ad have only one stripe. The accurate one is the one with the woman doing the plank Super soft and stretchy. Very trendy - love the thin white stripes on the sides. But you've got to get them straight when pulling them on. Which takes a tiny bit of effort. I think you have to be on the thin side to pull off these pants. I found a strange gathering of fabric in the lower tummy section. I'm guessing it's just my lumpy body. I'm 5'9" and currently 155 pounds. I got the XL. High waisted - covers your belly button. The top has padding to support. For me it's a little difficult to get on and off. All that being said I'm still giving 5 stars because the price point ($33) is really good for a full workout set that is very stylish. Read more

For those wants to know what the fabric is, it’s 80% polyester and 20% nylon. Which is typical for gym clothes; fitment rating is good. I got these in size M and it was near perfect. A bit on the restrictive side but it will loose up once it’s washed and dried several times. Surprisingly, it did not shrink when thrown into the dyer on tumble low heat. In the gym, the fabric hugs my body getting it a good transfer of heat. This is all around a great little workout set! The fabric is wonderful! The fabric just feels like it is super high end. It is soft and silky yet thick enough to be very durable! The top has a very well designed built in support. The bottoms cling without sagging or showing lines from underneath. Both pieces appear very well made and have no flaws with stitching or otherwise. I did size up by one size on this set and was right to do so. However, I could likely have gone with my normal size but it would have been a bit tight in places I think. The colors of this outfit are much nicer than the photo even showed. The deep plum shade that it is is much richer and far more classy than I expected.
