For reference, I am 5'6"", about 145 lbs, and usually wear a US size 8. The Medium fits me perfectly—not too tight, but tailored enough to give a great shape. The material feels surprisingly high quality and has a nice weight to it (doesn't feel cheap or flimsy at all). It also has a bit of stretch, which makes it super comfortable to wear all day at the office. The navy color is a true, deep navy, exactly as pictured. I wear a suit to work almost every day, so I needed something comfortable that doesn't break the bank. I ordered the Black in Medium. For stats: I am 5'6"", 148 lbs, typically a US size 8 or 10. The Medium fits true to size. The waistband has a bit of give, so it’s comfortable to sit in for 8+ hours at a desk. The blazer has enough room in the shoulders that I don't feel restricted when I move my arms (huge plus!). The black is a true, deep black, not that faded greyish color you sometimes get.
