Love it! It's light and perfect for summer. But not too light - after viewing one previous user photo, I worried it looked too thin and might appear unprofessional, but in-person I've been totally satisfied with it. I'm 5'4" and overweight, and got an XL and it fits perfectly (and is flattering!). It lands a little below my knees in length and sits high enough that it goes well with shirts of many different lengths. And the pockets (deep enough for my large phone) are a nice bonus! I simply love this skirt! It is so versatile and I LOVE the pockets. I’m a size 18, 5’4” and I ordered a 2X. It fits as expected, or if anything a little roomy. I am hour glass shaped with a tummy. I like to wear this skirt high up at my natural waistline, so that the skirt cinches me in at my smallest point. On me, the waistband is on the looser side and is elastic. If you are between a 16/18, or like me want to wear it higher on your waist, I would size down. I’m a solid 18 and I probably could have gotten the 1x. Since I wear it high waisted, the hem falls a little under my knees, but not quite mid calf. Looks cute with tank tops, crop tops, tied or tucked in tees. The fabric is a silky cotton bouncy stretchy type feeling material (?) but I think it could be dressed up very easily, with heels and fancier top. I’m going to order more colors! Edit: my skirt is still going strong after many washes! It hasn’t faded at all, hasn’t pilled, doesn’t wrinkle, and goes with every top! It can be dressed up with blouses or worn with simple tee shirts and tanks tucked in or tied into a crop top. I usually don’t put it in the dryer since it dries so nicely when hung. I’m here to purchase more colors for spring and summer 2019:) I’m still a size 18, but will be ordering my skirts in a 1x this time and will update on the fit of those. I lived in this last year and need more! I feel uncomfortable in shorts. Not because I’m afraid to show my legs! But because they’re always scootching up those thighs, and I find myself fidgeting with them and just overall being annoyed at them. This is like *the* summer alternative to leggings. So comfy and breezy, without being covered up. I get compliments any time I wear this skirt, even when just paired with a simple tee shirt, I feel cute and put together. So I love the pockets. I like how loose it is. I really like this skirt. It’s just a little too long on me. I’m 5’4.5 and in order for this to not fall at the very awkward length of slightly below the knee… I have to wear it so it’s just under the girls. And that’s not always comfortable. So if you’re taller than me with long legs, this is a great skirt and you’re gonna rock it like the queen you are. Buuut, if you’re a shorter queen, it might not be a good length on you. Read more

The black one is 1 1/2 inch larger in the waist than the charcoal gray. The black one fits perfectly. The gray one is a bit snug but still works since it is an elastic waist.
