These black fold-over ankle boots are really cute and look great in person, but they definitely run a full size too small. I couldn’t even wear them, so I ended up giving them to my friend, and they fit her much better. One thing to watch out for is the zipper in the back — there’s no stopper at the bottom, so you can easily zip it right off if you’re not paying attention. If it wouldn't be- INCREDIBLY weird, I would sit and rub these on my cheeks just to feel the texture. The suede on these are like a buttery velvet. I'm a size 9 in UGG and Doc Martens, 9 1/2 in sneakers, 10 in stilettos, and got the black suede in a size 10. They fit lovely, and are generally very comfy. My feet did get a bit sore after running around all day, however. They get cozier the more often you wear them, so I'm not taking any points away for that. I felt like a STUNNER in these. Like my entire outfit head to toe was built to walk a runway and rub diamond encrusted elbows with Rihanna over a flute of the bubbliest of champagnes. I went OUT OF MY WAY to find things to do- so I didn't sit down until the dead of night. These pointy toed pull ons built the foundation of the outfit, and the feeling. They have no zip but the loops at the sides made these super easy to get on. Even with slight soreness at the front of my foot there was no blistering or rubbing at my toes or heel- I just needed to add an insert to the front. The zipper at the back is such a cute, cool detail- and it actually moves! There's no stopper so you can pull it off entirely and put it back on if you want to switch up the aesthetic by either leaving it entirely open or adding a different zipper pull. A vibrant blue or an interestingly shaped pully would look stunning against the monochrome deep black suede, and smooth black chunky heel. You could even add some extra tassels to the loop for a more country aesthetic! These come in both suede and PU for both the black and rich brown colorways. I will be getting tons of use from these so I want to collect them all! They're well worth the $70- catch them on sale for 23% you can collect them all for just about two "adult dollars" which is a steal for nice boots. These absolutely deliver in quality, durability, and style. The heel is sturdy, hardware is solid, strong stitching, and the pull loops are there to STAY. They will be able to withstand the constant tug of slipping these beauties on. The toes are sharp enough to slay your enemies, material soft enough to give them that little touch of love before they go- and the look is cohesive enough to look put together even as the rest of you is disheveled, fleeing the crime.
