Construction of these "knee length" Capri pants seemed fine. The khaki fabric was on the thin side but okay. However they barely hit the top of my knee and after washing and hanging to dry, the side length on medium was only 22 inches, not 24.8 as stated. The hem ended about two inches above my knee. I really wanted these capris to be below the knee as shown in the photo. I'm 5'8" with long legs. These are probably fine for petite sizes. Read more
