not for a true pear shape
Ordered two, 1 print & 1 solid. Solid was a least 1 size smaller than the print. The material on the solid is nicer than the print which is heavier. I always order 1 size up with AMAZON, I got the 3 XL. I always wear 18 to 20 in jean & pants and 16/18 in skirts & dresses. These fit like a 16. If you are built with large thighs and a large butt, just move on because you will not get them to go up all the way.
