The jacket is generally OK to wear to work. I got it medium, and it runs a little small for me. The sleeves are tight and I wish I knew this before I ordered the jacket. The tight sleeves do not show in the model. The material is soft and warm, yet I am not a fan of the knit-looking design of the material. It makes it look a chip material.
