Everything I read in the description was what I should have expected from this cardigan. The fit was fine the fabric was light and comfortable. It had no buttons or pockets and it was Spandex. The style and the fit were fine. Having said that I was still a little disappointed. I chose the red and black plaid with the Christmas snowflake pattern. They used the words cardigan and Christmas and coat and cozy warmth and I assumed that the fabric would be a little more substantial than what I got. The fabric is a very lightweight nylon jersey with no lining. Some bathing suits are made with this fabric! That's what I get for assuming! HUH? They also said layering and that is exactly what I will do with it this Christmas season. I will wear it with a big, fuzzy warm sweater underneath. :) Read more

I was looking forward to wearing this for the holidays as a "lightweight cardigan" but when it arrived I didn't realize the material was going to be polyester and feel and look like a pajama top. I cannot wear this outside. I can wear it around the house with my PJ's I guess but it's not a cardigan, and it doesn't look like the photo. The quality for clothes is a zero, pajamas I would give 3. We ordered this in a small for my wife who is 5'3 and 118lb. She had been looking forward to wearing it since i ordered (took a few weeks to arrive). To say we were disappointed is an understatement. We took the package out of the Amazon mailer and she was excited as the color looked great. She opened the bag and said, "Nope! Feel it!" I have been struggling to find the words to describe what it feels like or what it compares to. The best I can come up with is the shell of a jacket. The material is thin, lightweight, not much stretch... kinda slick. When she tried it in she mentioned she didnt want that against her skin. I have to agree. Speaking of trying it on, it fit a bit loose on her but not too bad at all. Length seemed adequate. The listing does indicate it is mostly polyester, but there is so much variety in the textures polyester can be had in we didn't even think a cardigan would be made from a polyester that feels lime this.
