TMI warning: I have very heavy periods with lots of clots. Often leak at night. Tampons are useless and pads irritate. I use a cup with is equally as amazing as these but sometimes I don’t want to deal with that. I’m a very busy homeschool mom always on my feet. I used these only on a very heavy night and woke up without any leaks on my clothes. The fit is 100% perfect. I wear a size 10 in almost any pants brand or L in leggings. I do not have a problem with the legs fitting small or tight. They are snug TO PREVENT leaking but not at all uncomfortable. My butt/hips/thigh area are average, not thin and trim but not overly bubbly. These are truly amazing and so happy I bought them. I will hand wash them during one cycle but launder when I’m all done. I’m using these for urinary inc. Just got these, first time trying them. I didn’t want to wait to wash, so I just pulled them up over underwear, no pad. Very comfortable, nice fabric! I got stuck in traffic, then line at pharmacy, then got that “OH NO” (had to pee). They worked! Did not leak thru to my pants (underwear soaked of course!). Once I got home, I noticed the elastic at leg openings looked wet, but couldn’t feel wetness and didn’t get urine on pants. Woohoo!🎉 I haven’t washed them yet, so can’t speak to that yet. Like so many other articles of clothing from China, these run small soooo . . . I ordered 2 sizes bigger and they fit great. Very comfortable. Basically leak proof for ladies who have issues when coughing or sneezing. Would have liked some more variety in color choices but this is what we have. I will be getting some more in a couple months as I eliminate elderly underwear from my dresser drawer. Read more
