I have purchased several of these sleeves throughout the years for much more money. This one is pretty nice for the price. It does run large though. I got a 3X, but a 2X or maybe even 1X would have fit better. The designs on the sleeves nicely cover any "flab" and they are plenty long without feeling like a sausage casing. Quality seems to be good . I ordered a medium as I’m going to wear them underneath my sleeveless dresses. And I do t want them bulky underneath my dress. I am 5 feet and weigh 155 . They fit perfect under my dress with no bulkiness . If you’re going to wear them over a dress or top then I would go with large size. Very happy with product. Would definitely order again .
