These sports bras have changed my life. Well, it might not actually be that serious but they are incredible. If you're a member of the IBTC, you've officially found the secret to cleavage. I'm a 36A/34B on a good day, 5'7 and 133 lbs and the Small is perfect. I can't speak on the bra being high impact because there's not a lot to hold down in my case but I find them to be very comfortable and not needing constant adjusting. My girls don't pop out. I've purchased 3 and have actually replaced my regular daily bra with them. They look great under normal clothes and the seam in the cup doesn't look weird under light colored shirts. These bras are soft (but not too soft where they pill easily) and the inserts stay in place during washing (a true miracle). If there was a fan club for this bra, I'd be campaigning for President. LOVE THIS TOP! I have A cup boobs and this gives them the best little boost! Love the v-cut too. Super flattering, great material, stretchy but sculpting, and great quality. Has removable cups, material is thick enough though that even without it’s not see through/can’t see nips! Very little support or coverage though, so if you are a C cup or larger—or desire more support, this bad boy is probably not for you. Read more
For reference I am 5'0, 106 lbs, and wear a 32 B bra size. I purchased a size small and it fit me perfectly. It is not adjustable so make sure you purchase the correct size. It definitely fits well for petite woman which I normally have a difficult time finding lightly padded sports bras that fit properly. I love that it's low cut in the front and back so I mostly use it for going out dancing under my dresses. There's no gapping and fits securely without choking the life out of me like most xs sports bras that I've purchased in the past. Whenever i go up a size the cup size is too large. The best part about it is the fact the pads don't move around after you wash it. I swear i've wasted days of my life trying to reshape the removable bra pads in wireless bras. Now if you're larger than a B, I would caution the security of the ladies so no downward dog for those well endowed. So far pretty durable after a year of usage so I probably buy a few for my teen daughter who gets overheated when wearing a sports bra with too much fabric. Read more
The quality is really great- it’s very well made and comfortable however it runs EXTREMELY large so make sure you size down an entire size. The waist can not be adjusted as there aren’t any clasps or ability to adjust- it’s one solid band. The straps over your shoulders also have no ability to adjust. I am usually a medium and returned for a small because there was gaping extra fabric under my armpits in the chest area. I am 120 lbs and normally a 34C. The medium was huge- needed a small. Nice fit, true to size (usually 34C or M in sport bras). I used it for pilates and strength training and stayed in place all the time. The color is very bright. I also got a matching legging. Textile is buttery-soft. Read more

The quality of the fabric is great. The padding is firm and holds its shape. My only qualm would be that the straps can’t be adjusted and are a little too long. The girls don’t get any lift so the padding folds kind of weird because of it. It’s not a bad bra but I wouldn’t be working out in it.
