These are comfortable and true to size. I purchased a medium and that’s my usual size or 8/29, depending on the style. I’m 5’1 and the length is good for me. The pants aren’t super flattering given the material that is thin and no tummy control but with the right inside garments I think I will like it. It goes well with a blazer. These pants are just okay. They are pretty much as described and pictured, but they don't have enough structure for me to want to wear them professionally. The dark gray is a strange kind of military blue-gray. It reminds me of the cadet blue crayon from years ago. I never could figure out what to use that color on. Read more

I find selecting slacks without trying them on is not always easy. I was very pleased to find that these slacks from DLOODA fit me. The leg width at the ankle on the XL looks larger than in the listing photo. It is typical in my opinion for manufacturers to scale everything up in proportion with the pant size but the leg width doesn’t always need to be that much larger at the ankle, in my opinion. After all, the top of a shoe isn’t a couple inches wider on a size 10 women’s shoe compared to a size 6. The pants don’t have side pockets. They do have back pockets and the pocket size is sufficient for my iPhone. The area where there would typically be a zipper has a flap that looks like a zipper cover but is just there for looks. See photo. The fabric is typical medium weight polyester. When I took the first set of photos, the slacks had been hanging for about 10 minutes. The next set of photos is after steaming with a commercial clothes steamer and hanging for about 30 minutes. I chose these in the XL based on the listing measurements and my typical size of 14/16. I wear size XL in Maddie M in their tapered leg style with the small slub texture in the fabric, for the sake of comparison. I chose the XL and it has a bit of a comfort contour feel without feeling tight. The seams are even and the stitches are tight and well done. The overall appearance is very nice. The leg width is tapered - not wide to go along with the current trend and not a staright drop from the waist.
