Very high quality leisure pants

I love these pants! Just bought another one in Black. Size 4. I am 5'9 130 pounds and they fit perfectly. Comfy in the waist. Good for Soccer Moms, hikers, even couch potatoes because you can wear them as pajamas if you forget to take them off because you love them so much. Very lightweight. Very durable and well made. Perfect length for me. Read more

Nice fit, good material, cute looking

Bought these for my wife, she is 5 ft. tall about 106 lbs. Ordered size 2. She really likes the look and fit of the pants. The legs are a little long but with the ankle adjusters at the bottom of leg she is able to cinch the pants and they fit well and look quite cute. The pockets are able to fit her plus size phone which is nice. The legs zip off easily and the length of the shorts come right around her knee which is what she wanted. After she is able to try them out on our next hike we will most likely be ordering another pair. The material is also lightweight and should dry quickly. Highly recommend. Read more

surprisingly comfortable

These seemed to fit weird - 5 ft 7, 178 #, I wasn't sure - but they are both snug and forgivable (I ordered Large). The waistband bunches around the front button, so it looks better with a shirt over it. But - once on, they work fine and look surprisingly good! Quick dry, easy on/off. The pockets are mesh, and you will spend some time fishing items out of them, and the fabric is so thin that the pocket zippers catch all the time. So, if you like to grab your phone out of your zipped pocket every three minutes, expect to be fishing for it deep near your knees, and dragging it from its mesh trap. I wore them with and without detachable legs. Totally functionable pants, look fine, and smooth fabric. Addendum: After wearing them quite a bit for hiking in different weather, let me emphasize the pocket issue. I kept "losing" keys, phone, money - because the pockets are so deep, meshy, and difficult to access. Super annoying. Read more

The Best Pants. Period.

I freaking love these pants. I bought four pairs a few years ago for an annual mission trip I go on and then bought another pair later on. This mission trip is in the summer and I've done pretty hardcore work in them (i.e. laying on a stripped roof to knock out a gutter). They have yet to tear or get a hole AND they're so lightweight and breathable that working in and wearing long pants in the summer is like nothing! I'm naturally flexible and, especially when painting, I get into some weird positions, but these pants aren't restricting at all. Also, they clean great (the only stains I have are paint stains!) I've also worn them on a few (easy) backpacking trips, and, again, amazing. I love how you can unzip them into shorts; my sister and I did that after a trip and played in a creek. They're flexible and breathable enough that hiking in them (and later sleeping in them) is no problem! Not to mention, the amount (and depth) of pockets is absolutely wonderful. I would SO recommend these pants to any mission-trip-goers, hikers, campers, and pretty much anyone who does any sort of physical labor! In fact, I'm looking to get a few more pairs but in Army Green or Khaki! P.S. I am 5 ' 4, typically buy a small or medium in pants/shorts, and fluctuate between 125-128lbs. I got a size 8 so they'd be a little extra baggy! Read more

Highs and lows

I bought these pants for multiple hiking trips this summer. I purchased 2 pair for myself and 2 pair for my daughter. We both love how lightweight they are and how quickly they dry. The fit is nice as well. On the downside, the pocket zippers have broken on 2 of the 4 pairs. The pockets are very deep and thin. I found it uncomfortable to have anything in the pockets while hiking as the contents hit lower on my leg and rubbed uncomfortably. The pants were comfortably loose. The fabric also started pilling after the first wash. I would like better quality for the price point. Read more

Great hiking pants for a great price!

So, I got these in the mail today. I was skeptical at first due to the reviews and lack of a good sizing chart. But they fit great and I expect them to be amazing for the hikes I plan on going on. I'll break down some of the complaints I saw in some of the other reviews or worries I had... Size and fit: I'm a solid size 14 dress size for women. I'm 5'6" and weigh around 200 pounds (I don't really know, it's been a minute since I last weighed myself). I have hips around the 46" mark (dat booty). I purchased the XXL and they fit great! They aren't too tight and I have moving room in them. I am fond of the elastic in the waist as I won't have to worry about plumbers crack when moving around or hiking them up all the time. The length on them is good, but I will say that they do go up a bit high on the waist. These are high waisted pants. Belt: Lord, the belt is terrible. The belt is opened by pressing the front of the "buckle" on the right-hand side (if you're looking down at it, the side that doesn't get removed). I would recommend NOT using it. Pockets: Yep, they're everywhere. Ther is only ONE (1) back pocket, not sure how important those are to you. Two normal pockets that zip up. I don't know how well they will fit my phone (Note 8). I broke my phone case and it's supposed to arrive tomorrow so I don't know how well it will work. Even if you're worried about something falling out of your pockets, don't... they all zip up! Zippers: So, these pants convert into shorts. The zipper on the legs will be covered by a flap of fabric and doesn't seem too uncomfortable to me. The zipper falls below my knee so I don't anticipate them digging in if/when I sit while they're shorts. Noise: Yeah... they make noise when you walk. It's gonna happen. Sounds like you're pumpin' your arms real fast while wearing one of those old-school windbreakers. But seriously, don't let this deter you. If you're having fun and hiking, who cares how much noise your pants make! Read more
