These are cute, but that’s the only compliment I can give them. When they arrived, I tried them and found they were too big. I then tried the laces, but they are useless, they’re ornamental as are the small flaps, that I thought would have Velcro, but they don’t. They’re attached to the shoe. There is no way of tightening them. I started the process of returning them, but Amazon sent this message: You have requested a return with a seller. If you haven’t heard from the seller within 2 business days, you may file a claim. This is the 3rd product from Amazon that I haven’t been able to return. All were made in China. I will be much more careful when ordering anything from now on. Read more

I really like the shoes, the size wasn’t true, they are about 1/2 to 1 size too big but I put insoles in them and wear thick socks so they fit pretty good. The reason I did that is because it took almost 3 months to get them after I ordered them and I didn’t want to go through that again if I returned them. Read more

My mom got these shoes today and she’s very impressed with them. The color (yellow) is exactly like in the picture. Very soft and roomy for people with wide feet.( she ordered size 10 wide) They are true to size. I’m ordering her a second pair in different color. Read more
