I was hoping this would fit me when amazon suggested XXL as correct size - sounded quite large but upon arrival, YES XXL is the proper size for 5'9" female, 44" chest. Blazer is quite nice and on me, hits at the top of pockets on trousers. Not a long blazer at all and the fit is quite nice (size 14 US) Buttons close without gaping and I really like the cut of the blazer, how the buttons stop just short of waist but the blazer continues in length. I do wish there was a split in the rear for sitting. I am athletic with larger than average biceps and these sleeves fit me without being too tight. Low scoop style neck plus the split in front makes it somewhat challenging to find a proper undergarment if you don't like to tuck in your blouses. I think a pop of color looks kind of cool peeking out in the front. The buckle at small of back is adjustable if needed. $39.98 at time of review is a good price for this blazer.
