I am a true medium but I bought the small khaki beige & it fits. Doesn't look too poofy at all. Loved the material, it was 100% Polyester; material was stiff and fast drying, perfect for hot weather and travelling, it was just what I was looking for. I hate it when the material is too soft. I bought black with the same seller but material is different from the beige one. This black material is 90% Polymide & 10% Spandex. I really don't like it, it's hot not cooling at all. Also the size is way different from the beige; I bought both small sz. This black one is more like a petite small.
