This sweater material is soft, and not itchy. It did have a slight static when i tried it on, but it was minor enough that it didn't even cause the material to be clingy. The color and pattern is nice, and represented accurately in the listing photos. I tried folding down the collar to see what it looked like (see pic), and i don't think it looked right.
