Favorite travel pants. They are comfortable, cool and sun protective. They fold up to a small size and can be put in a backpack and then just shook out for a no wrinkle look. These are my go to travel pants for summer. Lightweight and good quality material. Read more
This is my 3rd style of Coolibar pants and the fit is as expected. I wear Coolibar pants both at home and when traveling, but I get the most use out of them during hot weather at home. They are light, comfortable and dry quickly. They are pretty forgiving with food and dirt stains. I like the Pellaro pants because they are a little less sporty than my Coolibar Canyon Roll-up pants. I like that they fit well without the bulk of a tie at the waist and the legs are roomy without being wide. For me at 5’4”, they are the perfect length for both sandals and sneakers. The front pockets are roomy, but not ideally deep or low enough to hold my iPhone if walking, however the back pocket works nicely when I go out for my walks. I’m not sure what to think of the RFID pocket. I don’t usually carry around credit cards without my wallet and it doesn’t fit my phone. It might hold my passport, but I haven’t checked. Overall, the Pellaro pants are quite versatile, working nicely with a t-shirt for errands or a walk and equally well with a dressier top. I recommend these pants as well as the brand Coolibar. I bought them for a trip to Australia and New Zealand and waited to review them until I returned. They worked perfectly. I loved how lightweight they were, The built in sun protection, I could dress them up or down and they dried quickly after washing in the sink, hung to dry. I was down there in their spring so not super hot but they would have worked great in hotter weather because they were so lightweight. They fit well. I was really pleased. Read more
This is my third purchase. The most recent was navy blue. These pants are great for travel. Can be dressed up or casual. The fabric is lovely. They have minimal wrinkles after packing. Read more
This pant cannot disappoint! My gosh, it's as if I am surrounded by cool air! They stretch, they fit well, they flatter and they are a beautiful pant. I got the XL beige. I have not experienced a more comfortable pant. I am 5'8" and 170 lbs. I am ordering another pair. I am fairly new to this brand and I have not been disappointed once. I am continually impressed with the high quality, comfort, color and size options available, and they make me look and feel my best. Read more
This is not the normal Coolibar fabric you are used to. Hands down the worst, most unpleasant fabric for clothing I have ever encountered. Words cannot describe. It is like the fabric that nylon tents are made of - ultra ultra thin, plasticy, does not breathe, holds heat and humiditu, feels terrible against skin, wrinkles. A total abomination. Had to return everything in my order made of this awful, awful fabric. Their normal soft fabric is still great, just not this. Cut and sizing would make these pants an everyday staple if they were made of the normal Coolibar fabric. Alas, no. Read more
I was very surprised to see how thin the material on these pants were. I have the Coolibar Pisa Travel Skort made of the same LuxeLite™ fabric and they seem sturdier and thicker than these pants, which is why I thought I'd try these. This is more like the Coolibar Isla Convertible Wrap or Coolibar St. Tropez Swing Tank with Aire™ fabric. I am 5'3" and they reach to the ground. Ok with flats, better with a low heel. Worn this way they look like normal black slacks for work. Not suit quality but good enough. It almost feels too dressy to use camping or hiking or at the beach. Rolled up - they look much more casual. They don't stay up though. Given both "modes" of wear I think this will be great for those who travel in warmer climates. The fit is great. The side RFID pocket is slightly annoying - I can feel it's there as it's a bit stiff. The waist hits above my navel so a front tuck may seem too high for some. Also just from trying this on I am not sure how breathable they would be in warmer weather. Because of this and the less sturdy appearance I deducted one star. Have worn for errands, to church and around the house doing chores. Comfortable except would not stay rolled up. Will try out in next camping trip to see how they hold up to hiking Read more
