Chargiing Customers for exchanges - Will not buy again
Customer Service is AWFUL: This company is scamming people. It charges a $10 fee for refund to original method of payment. Then told me in order to get an exchabge for a different size, They have to issue a refund first. My only alterrnative is to get a gift card. Why would anyone want a gift card from a company that treats its customers like this. By the way I ordered size 16 petite and received a size 26 is the reason for my return. Now they are giving me the runaround saying it has to be returned to Amazon but Amazon says Catherines handles the returns, So with this kind of fraud going on, I won't be ordering anything from Catherines ever again and will be happy to tell everyone what they are doing. If Catherines makes this right, then I will change my rating. I doubt they will. Read more
