This sequin open-front blazer is perfect as a cover-up for an after-five look. It would even work if you wanted to dress up casually with a nice heel. What I do not like is that the jacket is completely see-through. It will pick up any top’s color you wear underneath. The size runs small; like most sequins, this material does not leave any wiggle room. I normally would order a size 16, but I went for a size 20, and it fits perfectly. The material was rough and scratchy. I love the boxy style, and the color black is normal, nothing too rich or outrageous. All in all, the quality is okay. This is a fun, sparkly top and the sequin work is pretty, but it is very sheer, which was not obvious from the listing photos. On the model it looks like a more substantial sequin jacket; in person it’s a sheer mesh with sequins layered over it. That said, it’s lightweight, comfortable, and works well as a statement layering piece if you know what you’re getting. Just plan to wear something underneath.
