This is a really beautiful kimono. The fabric is satin and very soft and smooth on the outside, and it looks just like the pictures. It is quite thin, so that’s something to keep in mind depending on the color you choose and what you plan to wear underneath it. If you pick one of the lighter colors, darker or patterned clothing underneath might show through a bit. With darker colors like the navy, that really isn’t an issue. It’s very lightweight, which makes it perfect for spring, summer, or warmer weather. If you want something a little special to throw on, even as part of a lingerie set or for lounging, this works really well. Because it’s a delicate satin fabric, I would just recommend treating it gently. I wouldn’t be rough with it, but that’s pretty normal for pieces like this. For the price, especially if you’re getting it for an event or occasional wear, I think it’s a great option and definitely worth it. Five stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Read more
I love the color but the only thing I don't like about it, it's to thin Read more
I picked this up as a getting-ready robe for a friend's wedding and tested it myself before gifting. The fabric has a silky smooth finish on the outside that photographs well and feels nice against skin, but the inside is standard plain fabric with no satin lining. For around eight dollars I wasn't expecting double-sided satin so this feels fair for the price point. The short kimono cut hits just above the knee and the wide sleeves allow free arm movement when doing hair or makeup without fabric bunching at the shoulders. The robe includes a matching belt and one inner tie, but the tie system only secures on one side of the waist while the other end hangs loose outside. You really need to use the belt to keep everything in place, which works fine but adds a step if you're rushing. I wish both sides had tie points for a more secure wrap before adding the belt. The robe stayed closed during normal movement and didn't shift around once tied, so it works well enough for getting ready photos or quick morning wear around the house. It's machine washable on cold gentle cycle and I hung it to dry without texture changes. This is a solid budget option for bachelorette parties, bridal showers, or casual loungewear if you don't mind the asymmetric tie closure and single-sided satin feel. Anyone wanting a fully lined luxury robe should look elsewhere and spend more. Read more

This satin-style kimono robe has a few practical features that make it appealing at a very low price point, especially if you’re looking for something for your bridal party that works across a range of sizes. The XXL fit comfortably on me as a plus-sized wearer, and I appreciated that it includes both an inner tie and a removable belt so you can adjust the fit more securely. The addition of pockets is also a nice functional touch. That said, the construction quality is fairly basic. I noticed loose threads, minimal seam allowance, and some puckering along the seams, which makes the robe feel a bit less polished overall. The fabric itself is very lightweight and thin, and in the champagne/off-white shade it’s quite see-through. Speaking of color, the “off-white” reads more like champagne or beige in person. The tone lands somewhere between flesh-toned and tan, which gave it more of a “bra-like” appearance than the soft, elegant look many people might want for getting-ready photos. Overall, this is an okay budget option—particularly if you need an affordable, size-inclusive robe for a bridal party—but if color accuracy and a more elevated look matter, this particular shade may not be the best choice. This satin robe is absolutely perfect for lounging and getting ready! The fabric has a soft, silky feel that’s lightweight and smooth — not heavy or bulky like a towel robe. It feels comfortable year-round and looks beautiful in photos. The short kimono style is so flattering. It hits above the knee and drapes nicely, and the wide sleeves make it easy to move around while doing hair and makeup. It’s especially great for bridal party pictures — it photographs beautifully! I also appreciate the secure fit. The inner tie and matching belt keep everything in place without constantly readjusting, and it’s easy to slip on and off without messing up your hairstyle. This would make such a thoughtful gift for a bride, bridesmaids, maid of honor, or for a bachelorette party. It’s also easy to care for — just wash on gentle and hang to dry. Highly recommend for wedding mornings or everyday luxury at home! Read more
This has quickly become my favorite part of my morning routine. The material is incredibly soft and has that high-end silky feel without the massive price tag which was a huge win for me. I chose the deep wine color and it is even more vibrant and rich in person than it looked in the pictures. It fits perfectly and the tie stays secure so I don't have to keep adjusting it while I am getting ready. One of the best features that I didn't even realize I needed is the addition of pockets. It is so rare to find a sleek kimono-style robe that actually has a place to put my phone or hair clips while I am doing my makeup. The length is just right providing enough coverage while still feeling lightweight and breezy. Whether you are buying this for a bridal party or just to feel a little extra fancy at home I cannot recommend it enough. Read more
