Defective product — please replace or refund
It was a gift for my daughter. She used it for the first time 20 days ago and then three more times, and now it’s already broken. It broke yesterday, November 3rd, and the return date was November 2nd. I would really love for the seller to see this message and replace the product, because I bought the same one in white and had no issues with it. I know this is a manufacturing defect, but not all of them have this problem. If a replacement is not possible, I would appreciate a refund instead. Read more
