The bag is smaller than the pictures shown, and the gray is more of a beige/tan. That being said, I love it! It's roomier than it looks, it has plenty of pockets, the strap is comfortable and stays on my shoulder, and my phone fits in the front pocket. I really love this bag. It wipes clean, is durable and adjustable with lots of storage and compartments. The front flap compartment is flat and tight - meant for papers or a small notebook only. The strap is wide enough that it doesn't cut into your shoulder, and you can swap it to the other side so you can wear it on either shoulder. For quick access you can swing it around to the front. It's fashionable too, and I've had many requests for the link. It's not huge, but holds what I need for daily use + the quick access is perfect for travel documents; bigger than a fanny pack.
