I like this set! It is comfy and the color is neutral and can go with any swimsuit, and very beachy vibes! But you could also wear the two piece together, or separately, I would totally wear the top simply with some jeans, or if I am just running into the hotel lobby, I would just throw the skirt on and wear it with my swimsuit top. I do wish it was made of mostly cotton, but glad to see that it is not fully acrylic, I feel like on the beach you want a material that is more breathable than the synthetic fibers, but because it is 45% cotton, it is really soft and feels nice on the skin. This is super adorable and true to size. I think the fabric is a bit thin and doesn’t seem to be the highest quality. It seems very breathable, but a little scratchy! Its design and style is so adorable and I love the scalloping on the front of it! After washing it did not pill, change in fabric texture or sizing and therefore removes concerns for durability. Billed as a swimsuit cover, and it'll work great in that capacity. I'll likely wear it - together or the components individually - with something appropriate underneath just as regular clothes. This is such a cute set. I was expecting the top to be way too small but it is the right size to match the skirt. Although I think the whole thing runs a little too small, I ordered a large and it is pretty much what other clothes would be in a size 8. The top is only long enough if you are flat chested, but you can wear a linger tank top under it. The crocheted fabric is done very well, but there is no lining so this is best worn as a bathing suit cover up or with something underneath both pieces. The knitting is soft and washed well but as a precaution against fraying and shrinking I air dried it. This will make a great outfit for summer. You can wear it casual with a bathing suit or you can definitely dress it up too. It is a really versatile outfit. Read more
