Love this! I wasn't sure as it is polyester if it would be light and cool enough--I hate synthetic fabrics in the summer. But it is a nice weight, not sheer but not heavy and it quite cool enough for comfort. I plan to wear it mostly with sundresses and the tie front means you can adjust the tightness and even the length a bit depending on what you wear it with. It is sized a little generously. I wear M/L, got a L and am getting a second one in M as I want a slightly tighter fit. The sleeves are nice and billowy, it looks great! Can be dressed up or down very nicely! Good quality fabric with even bright pink dye. The fit is exactly as expected, and the fabric is comfortable on your skin. As a beach cover up, this shirt makes a body even cuter. You can tie is so it hits your waist for a big dramatic open front or tie it up high under your breasts to highlight them. Because of the amount of fabric, which is nice and lightweight, when you tie it up high, it still gives you some coverage on the sides, which makes for a nice triangle between the top of your pants and the center of the shirt. For you fashionistas, this gives you really nice lines while hiding any potential side flaws. Also, the fabric breathes but is not super transparent which makes the shirt more versatile. CONS: the only bad part about this shirt is that whomever sewed the shoulders did not pay close attention to how he/she/they gathered the fabric on the seams. I have attached a picture. The problem is that when the gathers are sewn differently at the shoulder, the shirt sits differently on each of your shoulders when you’re wearing it. You cannot fix this without deconstructing the same and redoing the gathers. For me, it made one side of the shirt seam hang lower than the seam on my other side’s shoulder. If this kind of thing does not bother you, then this will not pose an issue. It is why this feels only like a beach cover-up instead of a shirt that you would wear with shorts in the summer. I like that this top is a wrap so it can be worn in few different ways. It adds a layer of coverage and modesty, which is important to me, without adding a lot of bulk or making me overheat (also very important to me)! I will probably also wear it over my swimwear, but I like how it looks over a tank dress or tank top, as well! Super versatile top! I purchased in a size medium. I would say this top runs big as I typically wear a size large in most tops. I currently weigh 145lbs. and wear a 36DDD bra. Great value for the price. I did need to trim a few tiny places where the fabric frayed a bit after washing. I washed it in a lingerie bag on a normal wash setting and dried for a short time on low. I will probably wash on gentle cycle or hand wash next time it needs to be washed to avoid any damage. Read more
