I saw an influencer on Instagram recommend this dress so I took a chance. SO glad I did. It’s really cute. It’s a true “swing dress” and if you need to hide a tummy bulge, it’s perfect. The velvet is thick and soft and the lace is lovely. I think it runs a tad large. I’m 5’1” and 130 lbs. I bought a Medium which fits fine but I’m going to order it in another color and I think I’m going to try a Small this time. I got this because all of the holiday gatherings are coming up and it is perfect family and friend gatherings because it is quite modest IF you wear tights because this is a short dress. It may be a little longer on some people because I have boobs so for me it is very short. I don't love pattern on top but the bottom is soft and gives traditional Christmas. I am going to add tights, knee boots and a belt and a thigh length jacket and people will definitely think this is cute look. But I feel like the additions are going make the look. The color is better in person it is like a burgundy wine color but in the photos looks a little brown to me. Read more
