Received used boots
These boots are super cute, soft & look comfortable. I gave 1 star because the pair I received were not new they were definitely worn many times, they were scuffed, stained, heels chipped soles extremely worn, I could not believe a product so used looking was shipped out to a customer. Zero quality control. but I guess it worked out for the person that used them a lot, returned them & probably received their refund. Changed my review to 5 stars, I ordered & received a replacement pair that were fine, also after my original review the company sent me a message immediately apologizing for the error & offered a refund. A+ customer service. And the replacement boots I ordered are super cute, comfortable ans seem to ne very well made. Read more

Tight on Calves
These were super cute and affordable; however, they were tight on my calves. I am about 180lbs, so I do not feel like I am a weight that I usually have this issues; however, I have not worn high boots in a while. Read more
