The media could not be loaded. Wow! This is so NOT what I was expecting when I ordered these pants. They fall more like drapery then flowy pants. The velvety velor is much heavier than I wanted, yet they are so comfortable that I will probably wear them like pajama pants. They are too frumpy with an unflattering waistline to wear as casual public clothes, in my opinion. So I’m confused. I am absolutely in LOVE with these pants! I'm in my comfortable era and these are absolutely perfect! I got the black one and they seriously are perfect to pair with a cute fitted top and some platform chucks and you can pull off a comfy, fall fit. You can also just throw them on with an oversized tee for a comfy day at home. LOVE the wide legs on them. Fantastic quality. Price point is perfect for what I would consider a piece that you could easily have for years. I recommend!! Oh size wise, I am plus size and the xxl fit good but was a tiny tiny bit tighter than I personally love but I also like things to be loose and sit right on top of my hips which I have very big hips so that's usually why. From the description and pictures, I was expecting these to be like a ribbed tee-shirt knit, but they are actually like a crushed velvet. The fabric is lightweight and flowy, with enough stretch to be comfortable, and the waistband is wide and soft. I got the navy blue and, they looked m black in the picture I took because the light wasn't so great, but it's a beautiful dark navy. They also fit true to size. I'm 5'6" and they are maybe an inch longer in me than the model picture. It's not a problem for me, but if you're planning to wear these for more than lounge pants you should know that the fabric makes them look more like pajama pants than something I'd wear to work, on a date, or running errands like the description says. As for travel, I'm all about comfort and have no problem with a cute lounge wear set, but these not so much. Maybe on road trip, but I think they are too PJ-ish for a flight, for me anyway. I still love them, though, and will wear them around the house. They are also lightweight enough to easily pack for traveling as PJs or loungewear on days you aren't going out. Anyproud Wide Leg Pants are quite nice, as long as you like this style trousers. The material is soft and it's a good weight (not thin nor overly thick). The pants are not see through. The high waist design is attractive and the elastic waistband provides a good hold without being too restrictive or tight. The tie is honestly too long. I'll probably be cutting both sides to give it a reasonable length. The fabric is free flowing - the pants are in no way form-fitting or styled to accent your figure. I would say these are perfect for casual Sunday afternoons. They look just a tad too much like pajamas (in my opinion) to wear out to run errands or meet friends for coffee. That said, others may be quite comfortable in public wearing this pair. The fit is comfortable and aligns with their chart. At 5'7", the 'Small' hangs down to the top of my feet. These pants are so soft on the outside, I keep finding myself running my hands over them. For reference I'm over 50 years old. Height 5'6", weight 170lbs measurements Bust: 43 Waist: 34 Hips: 43. I chose the XLarge in Navy Blue These pants remind me of the old velour track suits. As you can see in the picture, the ribbed nature of the fabric really isn't seen unless you're up close. And the blue is a deep color that unless the light is shining on them, they just read as dark. The fabric is fairly lightweight and does drape nicely. There is a fair bit of stretch to them, but I'm glad I went with the Xlarge just for the comfort of being baggy. The inside of the fabric is not as soft, but it is smooth and isn't aggravating to my sensitive skin. The stitching all seems fine, primarily just constructed on a serger. The elastic waistband is good, with a channel in the middle for a draw string. The pockets are nice and deep, I can even put my kindle Fire 7 in them. I would recommend washing inside out as they do pick up everything. My cat rubbed against my leg and it was covered. I'm not sure that I would wear them out as they really seem a bit too casual to me and given that they pick up lint easily, I'd have to carry a sticky roller with me. Washing inside out they didn't shrink, bleed color or change texture. Any wrinkles just give them a crushed velvet look and seem like it's meant to be that way.
