I read a lot of reviews and wasn’t sure I’d want to keep these for the price. However, I think these pants are great for me. I’m almost 5’7 140# and the small are the perfect length and not too tight anywhere for me. They are very soft and have a bit of stretch which I find comfortable. The white pair are not see through (in the pic I am wearing dark underwear which is just barely noticeable). Yes they get dirty, but all white pants would. I’ve already worn, washed and dried them and they cleaned up great, did not shrink, pill, or change shape. Even though the style resembles sweats the material makes them versatile to be ‘dressed up’. The main reason I bought them was for the sun protection, and they worked great for that. They are light material but not thin. I actually didn't plan to buy these but they were erroneously delivered when I ordered the Coolibar UPF 50+ Beach Cover-up top. Once I tried on the large pants I received, I decided to send them back and order the medium, which fit my size 10 rear end better. I then reordered the Cover-up. I took the pants (and the top) on a 7-day catamaran trip around Tortola. They were wonderfully comfortable and casual to wear around the boat, and I even went swimming in them when I had to jump in the water to rescue something I dropped overboard. As a fair-skinned person I expect to get much use out of these. Other than the crew, I was the only person who did not get sun-burnt once during the trip. Read more

These are NOT your typical sweats. The material is a little bit thicker than a traditional sweat pant and & they are finished beautifully! They have a nice drape to them & are dressy enough to wear to work with a longer top. They we're so comfortable to wear that it felt like I was in pajamas. They are super soft inside against your skin & outside, too. I love these pants, got additional colors & have already recommended them! Read more

I'm 5'7" and 136 lbs. I normally wear a medium. These pants in a medium are 4 inches too long and way too tight around the waist, hips and butt. The pant legs are bell bottoms. Either this particular pair of pants was poorly made or the Coolibar sizes are out-of-whack. The material is very thick and nonbreathable; I can't imagine wearing something like this on a Florida beach (maybe yoga?) The pants look cheap in cut, finish and material. They absolutely do not look like $70 pants! I had heard such good things about Coolibar. I am very disappointed. I guess these pants are for a 5'11", 120 lb., outdoor yoga instructor who likes bell bottoms. If that's you, you've found your pants! Read more
