I am 80 years old and disabled and spend a lot of time watching my dvd collection. The Wonnie is my third brand which I tried over the years. The first two I bought after looking at the reviews on the web, which had not really much help since their recommendations were very similar for most brands. Anyway both of the first two were very frustrating because the color was terrible and after extensive adjustment with their color controls I was able to only approximate a decent color. The sound had been so soft that I had to purchase external speakers. After the second one bit the dust I bought a Wonnie. I chose it at random without looking at the reviews because I no longer trusted them. (When I got it the box was damaged and the screen was damaged so I returned it to Amazon for a replacement). Wow, everything was perfect right out of the box. The picture was sharp, correct color, and bright. The sound was easily loud enough so I no longer needed the speakers. I was so happy. After almost a year I had a problem with one of the controls. The Amazon warranty had expired so I emailed the company. They were very nice and sent me a replacement without requiring me to return my old one. I am very happy with my Wonnie and I highly recommend them. Read more

We had an older one from my dad so I stuck with the same brand because I don't like reading instructions lol it works good. My grandkids have no complaints and it's easy for them to use. They just popped the Cd in there and pull up the chair. Read more

This is my second Wonnie. We purchased at end of July ‘25 and by End of Feb, issues already. It’s only used an average of an hour/week, and I take it in the house when temps outside are at all extreme. The car charger is flimsy and broke at the base for no obvious reason; it’s not bent in anyway. Have been charging it with wall charger. It’s also not holding a charge. It should run multiple hours, 4 or 5?, but last week, after an overnight charge, got about an hour max? I do have the warranty because the last one covered last unit quickly with no issues, so will address this soon. Read more
