Small and colorful. It’s the perfect addition for our chick brooder box as a boredom buster. Price can’t be beat because the same thing, without the bright colors, is sold at big box feed stores for $13 (I paid under $7). I don’t imagine it would hold up well to a child regularly using it though. Sound quality is decent. Bigger ones with thicker metal will sound much better. Read more

Nice product my baby loves it and she has so much fun. It’s small but that’s expected for the it’s definitely worth the $5 and makes good sounds however it came with some discoloration and one stick came broken which can easily be a choking hazard I glued it back with some wood glue hopefully it doesn’t pop off again. All I guess I can say is you get what you pay for. I should not have expected anything of good quality for six dollars and some odd change. It’s cute but there’s no musical sound to it. It sounds like two mallets hitting metal and the notes are not musical notes in anyway and way off key. I would send it back except I already opened it and so I’ll just chalk it up to a lesson learned. Read more

First look, it’s cute, though very cheaply made. All of the parts are glued together, wood is lightweight and dents easily, but most importantly— the red balls at the end of the little stick mallets came off! Horrible construction for an age group that is known to put things in their mouths. My husband even mentioned them being covered in red paint that we don’t know where it came from or what’s in it….
