So so so many good things to say about this brace starting with its adjustability. it has great adjustability and even fits my little kiddo. The massage feature is great but one thing to note about it is that the intensity levels are for the duration of the massage before it pauses for a minute not the pressure it gives. The heating is AMAZING and does get hot on the hot setting unlike some other heated braces that get warm at best for their highest setting. This brace is to stay plugged in during use it doesn't have a battery but the chord is long enough to move around comfortably. This brace provided so much relief for frozen shoulder and my kid's shoulder strain pain and we've even used it partially as a "heating pad" for legs or neck pains by removing the Velcro straps. I'm very happy I purchased it. Operates as described. Not portable. You must plug it in. The straps provided fit a normal size and weighted person. I weight approx 210lb and the straps allow room to spare. I material is strong and durable. Massage is effective and the heat is adjustable. Read more
