The grips were exceptionally easy to use and quick switches were a breeze. I love them for the non-coated weights. They make them so much more comfortable. Perfect size for a small hand, but I imagine they would work well for a larger hand too. Read more

LOVE these for my workouts with dumbbells. They don't slide around or make my hand hurt. It's easy to use with workout equipment and will defiantly be ordering another pair if these ever give out on me! The grips are nice, great idea. Unfortunately they are too small. They need to be wider by ½ inch outside of hand width. ¼ inch on top is needed (where fingers are) and ½ inch on the bottom toward the wrist (the palm). And they need to be thicker. That would help with strengthening the hand/grip. I'm having to use leather drivers gloves with these grips. Read more

I hate these. They do not fit flush against my palm and cause wrist pain. I always end up ripping the traditional lifting gloves across the top of hand so I thought these would solve that dilemma, but the pain and fatigue in my wrists is well worth the cost of replacing my gloves every few months.
