I really like these jeans - good fit, comfortable, and good price. However, be aware that the lighter the color, the more likely they are to wear out - at the seams, crotch, everywhere. My guess is that the acid wash they use to lighten them stresses the cotton quite a bit so they don't last very long. The darker the color, the more wear you'll get. Caveat emptor. Read more

I needed a pair of presentable black jeans for a memorial service. These fit well right out of the package (though I had a heads up from previous reviews that they run a bit long in the inseam) despite ordering one size shorter length than my usual. The waist was spot on. They're very dark black, had a few stray threads, but look more like nice chinos than plain black dungarees.
