Fits great!! I started getting a lot of of this pain and discomfort on my wrist and my doctor suggested that I wear one of these either throughout the day and if I can’t, I should wear it while driving or at night time. The Velcro tabs are so strong (not always a good quality) that it is not easy to pull apart. For older people, it's frustrating. The tabs come out of the metal loop and you may have to rethread a few times to get it on correctly. It is a good secure fit. In the night when you have to take off for bathroom, for cleanliness, it's another nightmare, trying to get the Velcro loose and then rethread. This is the Gray version. You would think they were all made the same, but the black one is so much user friendly. Read more

I've been wearing this whenever I'm at my computer and it has really helped keep my hand in a better position. It does allow for a little movement so you can still use your hand. It's not bulky like many of the others you can buy. It only goes up the forearm about 3 inches from the wrist. My only complaint is the size seems to run a bit big. My measurement is 7 inches around the wrist which according to the size chart is a large but I could have a better fit with the medium. You may want to go one size smaller.
