Reduced Ganglion swelling and provided comfortable support while lifting weights.
My wrist was very sore, and getting worse prior to the purchase of this brace. The cyst would become more inflamed after weight lifting and after long hours in front of computer. Pain was starting to creep up my forearm and bicep. After using this for 2 months while at the gym and wearing when on my keyboard, the swelling has reduced, and the pain has gone away. The cyst is still there but much smaller. Worth a try for the price to see if it is right for you. Read more

Awesome for bike commuting
I have carpal tunnel in my left hand. I had surgery on my right hand in 2008 for the same issue, but it gets numb when riding my bike. Putting these on each wrist prevents the "handlebar palsy" with which many bike riders are familiar. It prevents the numbness from even starting in my hands! Great product and it doesn't immobilize my thumb like regular braces. I need my thumbs when bike riding! Read more
