I paid for this. I didn't receive it for free, as the 5 star reviewers did. Waste of money. Is it easy to use? Yes. Does it do anything? No. There is no stabilization of the wrist. No compression, unless you wrap it tightly, which causes numbness in the thumb. Read more

I really like this wrist support for when I need light support and still need be flexible. My therapist prescribed brace is very rigid and works as it should to force my wrist to relax since it restricts all flexibility. I was told I don’t have to wear it at all times and that it would be fine to remove it when I need to be flexible, I just need to be careful not to injure it while trying to promote healing. It’s almost impossible for me to handwrite anything or prep for dinner where the Rx one, but when I remove that one I like being able to put this one on. It weighs nothing! So light and airy I have a lot more flexibility but still feel like I am getting some support. It fits good, and when I wrap it up snuggly it definitely provides some stability I need to not further injure my wrist. This one is also very comfortable to sleep in and doesn’t get hot. I really like how thin this adjustable wrist brace is! The fabric is amazing! It has strength like neoprene, but thinner and breathable and so so soft. It's surprisingly made of a cotton blend. I've had another wrist brace wrap around like this, but the thumb fabric stretched, and I lost the support around the base of my thumb. The velcro is also advanced and the best I've ever seen. The velcro fabric is like velvet without the loose weave that frays after extended use. Read more

This wrist brace helped me recover from a sprained wrist. I never used one before but it was easy to use after I looked at the instructions. I put my thumb through the hole and wrapped the brace around my wrist and tightened until it felt secure without being too tight. The brace held my wrist in place so that it couldn't rotate or bend too much but I could still type and fully use my fingers. The fabric was comfortable and I was able to keep it on all day. It was a little warm but not enough to cause sweating. The best part is that it doesn't get in the way of my palms so I didn't have to take it off. It provided the right amount of wrist support where I didn't get pain. The tightness is adjustable so I started off tight and loosened it up as my wrist recovered. For something so simple and small, this wrist brace is effective, comfortable, easy to keep on hand, and actually helps quite a bit. It's one strip of material that hooks onto your thumb and velcros to itself for an adjustable width. It's a durable-feeling material that's also smooth and feels very comfortable on my skin. I find that I can wear it for hours without issue, and its support helps me a lot. Would recommend. Read more
