I’ve been wanting high quality knives for ages. But I live alone and don’t need a huge set, just a good quality set of the essentials because I’m a daily cook. And I wanted them to look nice on my counter! I’ve had these on my wishlist saving up for 8 months! They were worth the wait. I chopped onions, potatoes and pickles yesterday for potato salad and they cut so beautifully. I’m being very careful with them because they’re SHARP!!
