Best knives I have ever purchased. They are so light, comfortable to hold and can cut like nothing I have seen before. Smoothly cuts through all my vegetables, my bread, and everything else. I did some searching for steak knife reviews before buying these. The Wusthof brand of knives repeatedly appeared across several review websites. I thought the packaging seemed a bit excessive. However, there wasn't a single scratch on any of the knives. These knives are non-serated and very sharp. I was pretty impressed. The knives are a little on the pricey side, but the quality is well worth the price. Just got them a few days ago, so haven't used them to much. We like the looks of them and having th block to keep them in so they aren't rattling around in a drawer. Very sharp, very good steak knives! Read more
Very sharp out of the box. While the steel may not be as thick as those on the classic line (which I have), they are just as well made. A much, much better product than the stamped, cookie-cutter steak knives we've all owned at one time or another. Wusthoff never fails to deliver and they certainly did with these steak knives.
