Great window camera for the price. Sticks firmly on window. You can view live without a subscription, and the picture is clear. Very easy setup. Just a tip: You are replacing a Wyze camera with this one, and are trying to connect it to your Echo Show, rename it something else. Pro: Night vision clarity is far superior compared to Ring. The photo is actually from around 2am and it looks like its taken during the day. This is the only reason I’ll keep otherwise I’d return. Easy set up. Cons: 1) Not for use on a second floor if you want to capture anything close to the house. May purchase an aftermarket angled mount but none seem to fit this camera. It’s currently sitting on the window sill and angled down using an adjustable tablet stand (tacky). Thus the glare is terrible when there’s interior lights on in the room. 2) motion zone feature is useless. You select pixel-like squares vs drawing an area. I set up a specific area and it didn’t record any motion all day even though there was activity. This is not acceptable. Edit: played around with the motion settings and still can’t get it to filter out only the zone I want. This renders the camera nearly useless for my purpose as I don’t care about 100 people walking by… I only care about motion IN the notification zone. 3) Notification type inaccurate. Labels “package delivered” when there’s just a person walking around. 4) no time lapse unless you purchase an SD card. 5) not a big deal but the time stamp was off and had to look for and manually sync. The attached picture was actually taken around 2am. Overall, the clarity night vision is amazing and considering moving to all Wyze cameras over Ring. We have several inside and out so it’s an investment. I liked the idea of being able to mount this camera and plug it in vs dealing with hard wiring or using a battery for an outside camera for this particular location. Our front door is actually on the other side of the house but many deliver companies misdeliver to this area and packages have gone missing or unnoticed for days. Will need to evaluate longer before we mage the switch entirely. Read more

I think it's a great camera. It does it's job. It's mostly easy to use on the app. The only downside I have noticed is the fact you have to pay a subscription fee to get the better features on the app for the camera (like notifications that a person is there). The picture is clear, especially at night. Read more

The camera clarity is great, but there's really no night vision to speak of. I bought this to attach to a terrarium to monitor the nighttime activity of a crested gecko. The room the terrarium in is dark at night and there's no image on the camera. I would need to put some sort of ambient light in the room for the image to vaguely appear and this isn't ideal for the use I was intending. You might be better off using the normal Wyze Cam and getting a 3rd party window mount for it. Read more
