Novelty item.
It's a cool looking lighter. I haven't had any problems with leakage. It takes some practice to get the striking speed and angle right. It doesn't hold a lot of fluid so doesn't last very long on a fill. and it's easy to overfill so when you put the cap on the excess gets pushed out. the wicking burns down fairly quickly. Also, it produces a lot more flame than is necessary to light a cigarette. But, that may be a good thing for a pipe smoker. I don't know. One thing I didn't think about when i purchased it. It takes two hands to light so you can't use it while driving. overall, I keep it with me. But in standard practice I use the trusty bic. I only use this when somebody else asks for a light. as a conversation piece. Read more

BURNED MY THUMB
Leaked on me easily and so my hand was on fire! I could sue, but I did not need medical attention tho the burn took a week to heal entirely. I hate hospitals and courtrooms so you're lucky. Also it doesn't light easily, Hence how it spilled from excessive force required to get it to light. Also the flint broke the tube and it will not hold a flint now. Good product but a hassle to keep up with
It’s a great product, but do not expect this to replace your lighter. Fuel runs out way too fast, consider this an emergency match that also makes your keychain look unique. But if you intend to replace your lighter or matches for this you’ll be adding fuel daily if you’re a frequent smoker. This became a hassle to use. For reference I don’t smoke, but wanted this because I work around smokers who constantly ask me if o have a lighter. In one day I lit up cigarettes for about 6 customers and by then I had already ran out of fuel. It is a cool looking product and the quality is nice. Read more
