It works. Just take one and run it though your piercing. You’ll have to do a few times back to back the first time to get all of build up off. If it’s not going through your piercing, grab an earring and push it through to reopen it, then try it again with the thread, that should help. For maintenance I use it about once a week. It cleans the gunk from your piercing and helps with the piercing oder. If you have sensory issues it might feel very unsettling to pull the thread through.
